Steak with Papas Bravas

 

Primal Nosh

 

2 lb steak of choice grilled or baked to desired temperature
2 large potatoes cut into cubes and roasted
Vegetables of choice
1/2 cup Salsa Brava
1/2 cup Garlic Aioli
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Serve steak alongside vegetables of choice and roasted potatoes topped with salsa brava and garlic aioli. Both sauces are great on the steak too! Top with fresh chopped parsley.

For the Salsa Brava (Cheater recipe)
1/2 cup salsa of choice
3 TBSP hot sauce of choice
Blend together well.

For the Garlic Aioli
1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise
1 TBSP Lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced or grated
Blend together well
